How it works
1. Apply in two minutes
Name, management company, and roughly how many units you manage. We review and approve — no password to manage, sign-in links come by email.
2. Submit your portfolio
Add properties in batches — each with its owner of record. One signature and one set of acknowledgments covers the batch; we generate an agreement per property.
3. We protest, you track
Evidence, filing, and the hearing are on us. Your portal shows every property's status, every invoice, and lets you upload documents per asset. No fee unless we save money.
We never contact your owners directly — every communication about a managed property runs through you, and owners can always claim their own portal access later if they want it.
